Whether you’re at Tower Hill this weekend, or joining worship remotely on Sunday, everyone is invited to participate in our theme this year:

STEPPING INTO THE FUTURE – WHICH IS NOW

We’ll talk about it a little bit on Sunday morning, and send a follow-up email next week to everyone!

Please join the Interfaith Immigration Coalition
this Wednesday evening at 6pm ET/5pm CT
for a webinar to learn about the latest federal updates,
understand how immigrant families are navigating the first six months into the Trump Administration

10 am on Zoom

Join us as Pastor Ann-Louise leads the discussion of Ageing as a Spiritual Practice: A Contemplative Guide to Growing Older and Wiser
by Lewis Richmond.

As part of our “Aging with Grace” program, we’d love the whole church to participate! Ann-Louise also has two extra copies of the book – let her know if you need one.

Join us at 11am on September 21st for a special service celebrating the end of our nomadic season and our new “home” at First Church!

Please invite a friend – or someone you haven’t seen at church in a while. Also, behold the new and improved front door, thanks to Hans Lagoni & Co!

You’re invited to join Ken Burns and WTTW for an unforgettable evening at The Auditorium in Chicago on Thursday, September 25, 2025 at 7:30 pm.

This special preview event will feature selections from the epic new six-part, 12-hour film, The American Revolution, and a behind-the -scenes conversation with Ken Burns and filmmakers.

Celebrate 90 years of social justice work in Chicago!

Wellington has a long history of partnership with AFSC –
and we’d love to have a full table at their anniversary event on Saturday, September 27th!

This will be a chance to reconnect and share memories and stories of our work together challenging racist housing laws, protecting immigrant communities, advocating for Palestine, standing against U.S. wars and militarism, and
building a world beyond policing and prisons.

Join us at the Chicago Teacher’s Union Foundation venue for a light dinner that reflects the cultures of many of the communities where we work and struggle together.

This celebration is also an opportunity to support the work of the AFSC Chicago Peacebuilding and U.S. Palestine Activism programs through ticket purchase, sponsorship, or direct gifts.

If you would like to make a personal gift, CLICK HERE.
