In February, in honor of Black History Month, the Book Club is reading The Warmth of Other Suns, by Isabelle Wilkerson.
All are welcome to participate in this special Black History Month reading and discussion on February 19th at 10am.

Although we don’t believe in condensing Black History into the shortest month of the year, we do enjoy creating extra opportunities for enrichment and celebration during “Black History Month”!
Join us at 7pm on Sunday, February 20th for an online screening of the PBS Special “Walk Together Children” that celebrates the musical talent & tells the history of the Fisk Jubilee Singers.

Ever wondered how you can share information with Wellington’s community?
Unlike Wellington’s updated Weekly News, which is offered through the Mailchimp platform, Wellington’s Listserve is an email group of subscribers offered through Google.
Here’s how:Signing up for the Wellington Listserve is very easy. You have two options:
1. Join by sending an email to wellington-ave-ucc+subscribe@waucc.org and follow the subsequent email prompts.
2. Contact Jeffery (via email: office@waucc.org or phone: 773-935-0642) and he will manually add your email to the Listserve.
Posting to the Listserve is easy! Simply prepare the information you would like to share and email it to wellington-ave-ucc@waucc.org and press send. Your email will then go out to everyone subscribed to the Wellington Listserve.
