Our March Helping Hands offering goes to support the One Great Hour of Sharing, one of four special mission offerings of the United Church of Christ. This Lenten Offering supports the disaster, refugee, and development ministries of the United Church of Christ within Wider Church Ministries.

Holding Onto Hope and Humanity Where All Are Welcome

El Pueblo Canta 2023 – taking place on Saturday, April 29th – includes Dare2Dream.

Centro Romero’s Youth Choir, who will once again “Rock You!”
as well as those who stand in the way of our shared humanity.
They share these songs with their neighbors
and all those who face injustice.

HELP SPREAD THE WORD!

The Chicago Resiliency Fund 2.0 is a $14.68 million commitment from Mayor Lori E. Lightfoot and the Department of Family and Support Services to provide up to 25,500 eligible Chicago residents with a one-time, $500 relief payment.

The fund is intended to support residents who had difficulty accessing and qualifying for federal relief payments in 2020 and 2021 – especially domestic workers and undocumented residents.
